  • Working as a Senior Analyst in the Data Sciences team at Cvent so as to leverage the power of statistics and to improve business efficiency and revenue for the organization.
  • 1)Standardized and automated the process of product recommendations provided to Cvent’s clients by developing a technological platform. The actionable insights from the platform directly influenced annual revenue by $1.5 million. I created this recommendation model in R using predictive techniques of Logistic Regression.
  • 2)Developed Planner Segmentation model to segregate planner’s on Cvent’s network into distinct clusters. This resulted in 6% organic business growth on the Cvent’s network by strategizing differently for different planner clusters. Planners were segmented using industry standard k-means algorithm in R.
  • 3)Initiated Account Based Marketing project to identify and target Cvent’s valuable clients with directed campaigns to increase revenue from those accounts by 10% to 15%. For this, I guided a team of 3 analysts to come up with a scoring methodology and forwarded the insights from the analysis to the Marketing team to run marketing campaigns.
  • 4)Generated insights from customer data, using statistical techniques and data query tools to help the Sales and Marketing team to close business deals, total valued at around $500 thousand.
