I am an industrial and organizational psychologist who drives change and development in organizations by designing and executing strategies, mapping talent, and creating diverse talent pipelines. Currently, I am an HR Manager at Presolv360, which is an online dispute resolution ('ODR') platform that is simplifying and digitizing dispute resolution by facilitating and conducting online mediation and arbitration on its platform. In this role, I lead the HR function by: 1. Collaborating with the Founders and Business Heads in aligning the people strategy with the organizational goals and objectives. 2. Enhancing employee engagement and performance, and facilitating effective communication and feedback. 3. I also contribute to the training and development of the employees, using key psychological principles to deliver impactful and inclusive learning experiences.
