Hi! I am Swati. I've been in the data world for the past 9+ years of my career now. I've worked with visionary startups — that you now know as Paytm & C2FO. I’ve also worked with consulting firms like EXL and legacy companies like TE Connectivity, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing. I started as a Business Analyst, and my interest in the power of data kept on enhancing — hence the transition in roles: BA → BI Analyst → Data Engineer → Data Analytics Manager → Data Engineering Project Manager The initial 5 years were completely hands-on with SQL, PySpark, Tableau, Power BI, Redshift, AWS S3, DBT, and Git. In this incredible journey, I got to work across e-commerce, retail, supply chain, utilities, BFSI, and healthcare clients. I am amazed to see the data-driven industry that has shaped billion-dollar businesses in the last 8 years, and I intend to be among those people in the data field who're a part of end-to-end solution building for fantastic products & services — DaaS, SaaS, PaaS (you get the idea). I respect driven people a lot and love working with them because they improve my capabilities — every passing day. As a Technical Project Manager, I’ve worked with CXOs, Directors, VPs, and senior leadership on both the business and tech sides across full SDLC lifecycles. I’ve collaborated with product, engineering, QA, developers, architects, BI teams, and have done rigorous documentation — BRDs, SOWs, Project Charters, Project Plans, cash burn trackers, WBS, POCs, AODs, SOPs, etc. I’ve used Agile methodologies to conduct product backlog grooming and Scrum ceremonies to deliver end-to-end projects across Data Engineering, DevOps, and Data Analytics — all under HIPAA & GDPR laws. Of course, the budgeting, Microsoft Project, burndown charts, Scrum and Kanban KPIs, Steering Committee calls, QBRs, MBRs, and tech hiring were delivered too. :) To keep my Data Science knowledge up to date, I pursued a PG Diploma from IIIT Bangalore and a Master’s from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, after my B.Tech from Bharti Vidyapeeth COE, Delhi. And I've strong plans to continue the upskilling game in the future!
