As a product analyst at Udaan, I had the opportunity to work on the customer support team where I was responsible for the product analytics charter for the app/web in the customer support (CS) cluster. My work involved redesigning the flow for incoming CS calls, analyzing GTM data, and implementing changes that reduced calls by 40% and increased bot resolved queries by 10%. In addition, I built instrumentation and systemized processes through dashboards to track the flow of calls, chats, email, FAQ, and feedback using SQL, DataStudio, and other tools. I defined L0, L1 product metrics for CS through extensive research and conversations with industry experts, PMs, and business leads, and presented top metrics to leaders through dashboards and reporting. One of my key achievements was analyzing the impact of the query prediction model with A/B testing, providing assistance to the product team with data analysis and guiding the product decisions based on insights from data validation.
