The chain of hotels wanted to target a new set of audience in addition to Hilton’s existing API partners and stakeholders. Job was to develop a documentation to streamline onboarding process for incoming customers. It included the portfolio, references and examples. Team Hilton provided me with some PDFs to get started, and we would have a call every other day to resolve my queries.

• Tata Communications approached me via Upwork’s enterprise programme. The team wanted me to complete an API reference guide and user manual for their upcoming private cloud and content delivery network. API reference guide was completed in OAS3/Swagger while for the user guide, markdown and a custom templating engine was used. I used Stoplight for the project because it could do both OAS3 and markdown. The tool has a deep integration with GitHub and could linter common scripts such as XML, JSON, CURL, PHP, Python etc.
