The project deals with classifying the reviews of "SmartThings" app that are live-extracted online to a set of categories where each review can be classified to more than one category if possible. Category list is updated based on the most frequently repeated words using "Word cloud". Reviews are again classified with new set of categories in the new category list. End Results of categorization is queried using MySQL and the same is visualized on Grafana using bar graph and pie-chart as visualization tools.
