• # Part of 4 member team which was responsible for designing and developing rule engine project from scratch which allows operation people to change rules without developers intervention.
• # I worked on making rule engine multi tenant.
• # Lead ‘Google Pay’ project which is an enhancement to Android Pay. Paysafe was one of first six early adaptors of GooglePay. This work was featured in a TechCrunch article. • I was part of network operations team in Amazon for two years. I was part of 2-member team which designed and developed case management system to streamline the communication between FC associates, External Carriers, Transportation Operations Center(TOC) people.
• # We initially launched case management in North america. It reduced a lot of burden on TOC people.
• # After Launching case management in NA, We launched it in EU also.
• # I also worked on internationalising case management UI, to support French, German, Italian,Polish, Spanish.
• # I also worked on automating CTI (Category, Type, Issue) creation to enable TOC to create any CTI as soon as they want.
• # I mentored an intern for 3 months who got fulltime offer after his internship.
• Next I moved to Concessions team in Customers service technology organisation. This team is responsible for giving refunds/replacements based on customer's problem with an order.
• # Worked on integrating 'Creating RMA'(to print return label of order) resolution in issue based workflow of concessions.
• # Developed 'gamma testing feature' in rule engine called Wizards to test rules in gamma environment before publishing rules to Prod environment.

• I was part of 'Supply chain - warehouse' team consisting of four engineers. I learnt a lot about how e-commerce supply chain management systems like inventory management, procurement, fulfilment, order management, logistics systems work in coordination to deliver customer packages.
• # I started my career here by fixing bugs in newly launched supply chain management system called FLO
• # I worked on project which sends an email everyday morning about Ware house load report. This load report contains the status of each order line item which is stuck at each phase. Different states for each order line item were Ordered, Fulfilled, Picked by warehouse picker, Bills and labels generated, Dispatched.
• # I developed a realtime dashboard to show the status of each order line item. This shows the Warehouse dashboard which is sent everyday in the above project in realtime.
• # Developed Integrated bill and labels to save paper cost as flipkart was incurring lot of paper cost to print bills and labels in separate paper.
