With 9 years of experience in product management, I specialize in building API platforms and developer experiences that reduce friction, accelerate adoption, and unlock new business growth. At BMO (Bank of Montreal), I led the launch of BMO Sync, an ERP-integrated solution that helps business clients manage cash activities directly from their accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks eliminating the need to switch across multiple systems. In parallel, I drove the redesign and relaunch of the BMO Developer Portal alongside the launch of the flagship Payments API. This work transformed onboarding from weeks to days, introduced robust sandbox-to-production testing, and modernized the developer experience to support both fintech partners and commercial clients. The result was a more scalable API platform that not only simplified integrations but also unlocked new partnership opportunities and positioned APIs as a growth engine for the bank. Earlier in my career at PayPal and IBM, I built and shipped products in payments and risk mitigation, collaborating with design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver data-driven improvements in customer experience and business efficiency. I hold an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources and certifications including CSM®, CSPO®, and JNCIS-SEC. My focus now is on scaling API ecosystems, enabling developers through intuitive platforms, and turning technical products into engines of growth.
