• Monitor the health of production clusters and resolve issues.
• Utilize tools like Prometheus and Grafana to track system performance and generate actionable alerts.
• 𝟮𝟰/𝟳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Respond to real-time alerts, analyze incidents, and implement corrective actions to ensure service reliability.
• Work closely with teams during escalations to resolve complex issues.
• 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 (𝗜𝗮𝗖):
• Deploy and manage scalable infrastructure using Terraform for consistent and reliable environments.
• Ensure version-controlled updates to maintain deployment stability.
• 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Automate routine tasks and workflows using Python, reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Build tools to streamline log analysis, data collection, and incident response.
• 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
• Act as the first line of defense during production issues, diagnose problems and implement solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses and document incidents for continuous improvement.
• 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize distributed systems to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure production readiness.

• Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting, processes, and scripts.
