• NTT Billing AI: Implemented scalable delta data extraction pipeline, document (fields, signature) extraction using multiple custom model (with 500+ documents, over multiple iteration of training), using DI prebuilt model to optimize the results, leveraged openAI for extraction and insight, even though each country has specific business logic done implementation of common code (wherever possible) which would help in future, multiple API integration (SNI, SFDC, Direct) and design discussion with client team, optimized frontend code implementation, pushing core business logic to backend or at database level (views, Stored procedure as applicable) and while doing all this, followed software design practices and implementing it as 12 factors apps and making sure to implement cost effective solutions.
• Developed an innovative solution enabling users to upload videos and interact with the video’s transcript through a chat interface. Enabled Q&A functionality, providing context-based responses from video content. Implemented on-demand video summaries, reducing the need to watch full videos.
• Developed a Chrome extension to monitor user activities on web pages. Captured time spent and session details for each URL, providing valuable insights into user behavior. Enabled data-driven decision-making and optimization through detailed tracking metrics.
• Created and implemented an automation tool to tackle critical business challenges, resulting in reduced processing time, error elimination, and substantial gains in productivity, cost savings, and business performance.
• Developed and implemented the scalable version of an existing streamlit website, incorporating enhancements to improve user experience, functionality, and visual appeal. Utilized LLMs to develop and deploy a real-time dynamic chatbot solution in the website. Configured multi-factor authentication using Okta’s authentication services seamlessly into the login process, ensuring a smooth user experience.
