  • During my time with OptumRX/Optum/UnitedHealth Group, I worked on multiple projects as a QA lead. The list of high-level responsibilities I had is shared below. For a more detailed outlook to the projects, I have worked on can be found in the projects section below.
  • My latest project within UHG worked with the OptumRX data warehousing team to ensure QA on mailing EOB benefits to our customers. Due to constant changes in the benefits industry on a yearly basis, we had to analyze and test modifications to this very same data set. Along with these regular changes we were in the process of migrating our codebase from Informatica to the new Abinitio Platform.
  • My primary responsibilities here were to identify existing production print files and compare them to the files generated by our Abinitio platform using Abinitio graph as well as Excel. Constantly coordinated with development teams to ensure data integrity between platforms in lower environments. Validated every complex field against AS400 screens along with writing and running SQL queries against a Netezza database and SQL Server to ensure data integrity. Conducted a continuous analysis of our data set while recording all discrepancies between the two platforms. Shared these with the project and developer teams to be fixed. Oversaw our offshore QA team for report builders and user report testing and assigned them different aspects of testing. Scheduled meetings on a daily cadence with the offshore team to accommodate them and help remove any roadblocks.
  • To see other responsibilities and project work I have accomplished please view my project description below or I'd be happy to share my resume.
