• I was responsible for product design for Insights, Loyalty & Payment, and Growth Platform products for retailers. I helped redesign the Data Analytics dashboard and created the Insights Design System to speed up development efficiency eight times. I designed retailer membership purchases to improve customer affordability, contributing to +19.2 million in GTV. I also designed retailer gift card as a payment process, contributing to 0.5% GMV.

• I led the design projects for Volkswagen’s digital platform for its e-commerce online shopping experience. I helped the team to build the design team's culture by advocating product thinking and the design process. I had been able to help Volkswagen doubled its market share in the US in 2020 and sell 2,000 ID.4 1st Edition electric vehicles in 8 hours, redesigned the virtual showroom, and increased the engagement rate by 20% to drive active leads.

I've helped 9/11 Day.org to build an Augmented Reality filter to increase the social media impressions by 5,000 impressions in a day to commemorate 9/11.

• Working in one of the most growing e-commerce companies in Indonesia, my role was to solve the problems of our over 15 million users in selling their products online. I conducted user researches and collaborated with the team to create design solutions. I optimized the selling features to improve the average daily transaction value by US$3.8 million and increase the number of active sellers by 1.3 million users.
