• Conducting Usability testing through intercepts in Mumbai and Jaipur. Conducted interviews of 19 users in Mumbai and 8 users in Jaipur. Interviews were fairly 30-45 minutes.
• Recruiting (Street Intercepts) and getting participants onboard with the product for the process of usability testing.
