• As part of the Core Infrastructure & Management team, I provided end-to-end infrastructure services for Synopsys customers and our R&D Engineers. My responsibilities included managing service accounts and groups Active Directory (AD) and LDAP via Gemini. IDM for human identity management, DNS/DHCP via IPAM, and SMTP services. I automated workflows using Ansible playbooks and supported microservices deployment using Kubernetes. Additionally, I utilized Terraform for cloud infrastructure automation and managed hypervisors like Nutanix and VMware for provisioning virtual machines. Along with Citrix NetScaler. This role involved continuous collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations and customer satisfaction.
