• Heading overall US Staffing division for LanceSoft, that includes Recruiting, Immigration, Time sheet, Account Payable/Receivable, Sales and Admin, Training. Guiding and mentoring Leads and Managers for each of the groups.

• Joined Artech's Noida office as a DM and handled PRO team and in a short stint itself made this team in running of top grosser in terms of PO number. Won two consecutive awards for achieving and surpassing targets.
• Had to leave early because of some serious personal issues and relocated to Bangalore.

• I was a kind of small business owner in India, where i started out the operations and put the small company on to a US staffing map. We did everything from India right from building clients, delivery, software development.
