  • Project Shell, UK
  • Key Achievements • I lead the automation of analytic reporting for multiple projects with ROI of more than a million-dollar USD–using latest technologies in SAP, Salesforce, HANA PAL, Alteryx, Lumira UI for projects – “GKA forecast and premium tagging of saleable products to calculate sales bonus”.
  • o Had challenge that one of the DB changes had to be productionized before 2019 else entire application data had to be reloaded which proved to be costlier by 100 times and time consuming. I came up with alternate solution and took an exception approval for this critical and complex change to be handled part of Nov go-live and delivered it successfully
  • I successfully completed the go-live for one of the key divestment Project for Europe -The project was a must go project for shell with a net value benefit of USD 10,000,000 /year
  • o I effectively managed risk and issues. Due to high dependency on the buyer for testing, extract reviews and sign offs, I planned well ahead with different applications to handover the deliverables on time. Ensuring good internal quality reviews with Business stakeholders before handover reduced the changes
