• I was the Chief Technical Architect for IBM Intelligent Operations Center (IOC). I led the architecture and design of core components for IOC - Traffic Device Management, Highway Management, Traffic Prediction, Data Expansion and Bus Arrival Prediction. I worked with the Product Management team to define the product roadmap and release strategy for Transportation component of IOC. I led the product delivery team comprising of 30 developers and testers across US, India and Ireland. To make the Product successful, I led Strategic customer engagements - New Jersey Turnpike (NJTA) and Singapore LTA.

• I led Retail Store Point of Sale product development effort - Polaris Intellect Store. Polaris Intellect Store was a green field product developed based on IBM Store Integration Framework. I designed Intellect Store to support the following retail formats - hypermarket, white goods, lifestyle, specialty, convenience, pharmacy and jewelry. Intellect Store utilized service oriented architecture based on ARTS Industry standards and designed loosely coupled components to support both thick and hybrid store patterns. I successfully led multiple large scale (100+ store) POS implementations for key IBM customers - Shoppers Stop and Samsonite.
