I’m a strategist and entrepreneur who has spent 15 years building in early-stage environments, from founding my own venture to being part of founding teams across culture, design, and ecommerce. I’ve built a bridge career that balances strategic clarity with execution depth, and in translating complex ideas into human-scale experiences. I've done this across contexts - designing community engagement approaches for impact organisations where trust and long-term impact mattered as much as innovation; building cultural infrastructure anchored in diversity; and leading product strategy for homes of Middle India balancing value, quality and access. I use design as a diagnostic tool - to ask better questions that drive decisions for impact, not just metrics. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a constant drive to innovate - be it for profit or purpose. I work with businesses, creative agencies, and social impact organisations to sharpen their positioning, reframe the real problem worth solving from under a visible problem, and help navigate operational dependencies. I’ve learned firsthand where systems often break - not because of the tech or a solution but because of humans, and the gap between capability and conviction. I am drawn towards wicked problems that need complex, adaptive systems to move the needle in creating impact at population scale. I’m curious to understand what it takes to build digitally powered structures that balance societal good with market innovation and individual rights.
