About

The world of construction is where my heart truly lies—it's an industry where vision meets reality every day. I’ve always believed that “you can dream, create, design, and build the most wonderful place in the world,” but it takes dedicated people to make those dreams come alive. With a Master's degree in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Mumbai, I have cultivated both technical knowledge and practical skills throughout my career. As a BIM Coordinator at Kiewit since April 2024, I've been part of transformative projects that not only push boundaries but also prioritize sustainability. Previously as a BIM Manager at Yates Construction for over a year, I led initiatives to streamline processes that ultimately saved time across multiple projects—talk about efficiency! My time at Superior Concrete Products involved creating detailed renders using Lumion that helped clarify complex concepts for clients—a game changer when it came to project communication. Before entering the professional realm full-time, I had the privilege of working as an intern with Supreme International Construction where I learned the ropes of project management—balancing deadlines while working alongside seasoned professionals was an invaluable experience! Notably during my research assistantship at UTA, I performed soil tests on highway samples which deepened my understanding of material properties crucial for successful project execution. When I’m not delving into construction technology or sustainability practices (I’m also pursuing certifications related to AI and machine learning), you’ll find me engaging with community initiatives or sharing insights on sustainable building design as a Fitwel Ambassador. These experiences ground my professional journey while reminding me why I love this field so much: it’s about improving lives through better spaces. If you’re interested in discussing innovative building technology or sustainable practices—or just want to chat about the latest trends—I’d love to connect! Feel free to reach out via email.
