• I was responsible for conducting data analysis and building predictive models to understand the relationship between price sensitivity and customer churn I utilized advanced data science techniques, including feature engineering, segmentation analysis, and the development of a Random Forest classifier. Key responsibilities during the internship included: Cleaning and preprocessing large datasets of customer information, pricing data, and churn records. Analyzing customer behavior and identifying correlations between price sensitivity and churn rates. Developing and implementing a predictive model to forecast customer churn.
