• You might need a speaker for an industry event; I am often engaged to connect the dots between Xactimate and Matterport (and the like), and for some reason, people seem to think I’m decent at that. I’m certainly not a top-tier keynote headliner, but I’ll probably crush your breakout session.
• Anyhow, what Sixxle typically does is build feature-complete prototypes within the property insurance ecosystem. These solutions are built from the field up, leveraging my experience as an on-the-ground restorer: spinning off geospatial scans while slinging air movers. Some have found my vantage point rare and my guidance particularly useful. If you know how to build, you know claim settlement, and you know a little about technology, that trifecta can get you further than one might expect within the property insurance ecosystem - I know I am surprised.
