• 1. Lead and built scalable Kafka-based notification service, processing over 10 million daily notifications while decoupling it from other systems. Built to support Android (FCM), iOS (APNs), and future WhatsApp notifications, it leverages a fanout algorithm for efficient data scaling. This design enabled diverse use cases, including offer notifications, with high reliability and extensibility, aligning with the company’s growth needs and supporting seamless multi-channel messaging.
• 2. Integrated ICICI Bank apis to automate foreign consultant payouts,cutting processing time from 7 days to a few clicks. Utilised SNS for tax document uploads to S3, linked to consultants, and created admin dashboards for verification. Added cron jobs and webhook notifications for real-time payout status tracking and streamlined processing.
• 3. To streamline Credit/Debit Card and UPI payments, I integrated the HDFC Payment Gateway, adding
• essential features like refund to Source , failure handling, and transaction tracking. Implemented
• webhooks and cron jobs to automate success checks, ensuring smooth payment flow, resulting in a seamless user experience and efficient transaction management
• 4. Built a microservice for Event Notification, capturing key User events and registering them on CleverTap, AppsFlyer, and Meta via Kafka. Enabled marketing and product teams to access valuable insights, improving data-driven strategy.
• 5.Engineered a User retention pipeline targeting dormant, birthday, and first-time recharge users,
• automating cashback, coupon allocations, and personalised WhatsApp/SMS follow-ups. This approach
