• 1. Co-built a B2B Saas AI venture in the data analytics FMCG space. Using AI to extract insights from the sales data that’s exchanged between CPG brands and retailers. As well as to generate future predictions and strategy recommendations. As a co-founding team member, I refined the value prop, conducted market research, lead user research and usability tests with industry leaders such as P&G, Reckit, Othaim and Bin Dawood. Built iterative prototypes of our MVP product.
• 2. Conducted extensive research and user interviews for the Saudi market across various sectors, including re-commerse, real estate, retail wealth management, and FMCG.

• 1.Got acqui-hired by Uber technologies as part of the Munch:on exit.
• 2. Within UAE and Jordan markets, launched new features in the food mini-app that contributed to the increase of customer retention, conversion rates and total monthly orders. As well as contributed to the decrease of time to order and customer contact rate. The features included order batching and pooling, quick add to basket, reorder mechanism, flash promotions, re-design of the restaurant menu navigation and IA, delivery customization during checkout and new user onboarding.
• 3. Within the KSA market, lead the complete re-design and usability testing of the food mini-app’s end to end digital experience to increase customer acquisition, and increase the company’s GMV within the Saudi market.

• 1. Joined from seed stage till the company’s acquisition by Uber technologies. Built and lead the design org of 5 to 6 team members.
• 2. On the customer facing side, built upon the beta stage product (mobile app + web experience) and scaled the product to its final version where it reached an average of 60,000 total monthly orders per each market (UAE and KSA). Oversaw a team of designers whom built features such as, monthly savings dashboard, multi subscription portal, customer support user journey, order scheduling and favorite restaurants mechanisms. These features contributed to rapid and aggressive customer acquisition.
• 3. On the merchant facing side, independently lead the complete re-design of the merchant facing portal, after conducting onsite research with our vendors. Received consistent positive feedback from the Operations team.
• 4. Lead the creative team that launched the company re-branding, bilingual (English and Arabic) digital ads, animations and social media posts across 2 markets (UAE and KSA) as well as multiple platforms (Instagram and Youtube).
• 5. The product and brand were awarded: Homegrown brand of the year UAE 2020 - by Entrepreneur Middle East. As well as, 50 Hot Tech Companies Globally 2019 - by Crunch base.
