• Manage our staff in the TAMID Israel office (two departments: Fellowship and Company Relations), and in close conjunction with the CEO and other Office Leads, am responsible for strategy and growth of organization-wide projects as related to the Israel team.

• Company Partnerships: Increasing pipeline to over 400 potential opportunities and 220 closed sales per year.
• Local Partnerships: Developing and owning partnerships across various channels: wide ranging hi-tech industries, as well as local government offices, housing providers, tour, and educational service providers across multiple cities
• Sales Strategy: Monetizing our internship placement operation by changing our service from a free to a paid model
• Systems Automation/Efficiency: Working with remote Development team to scope and build out a back-end web interface for our clients (currently in its fourth iteration/cycle)
• People Strategy: Managing an operating budget that doubled in size ($2 million/year) and building/hiring a team that grew from 2 to 7 full-time employees (including in distributed locations)

• Built and managed relationships with service providers, generated and maintained strategy and pipeline of strategic company partner channels, worked with remote development team to build an internal internship matching interface.

• As Assistant Director, I was responsible for all internship related matters on the TAMID Group's summer Fellowship. Responsibilities included managing and supporting the 180 companies and startups TAMID sends its 220+ interns to and recruiting top companies and firms in Israel throughout the year for the following summer's Fellowship.
• In addition, I supported the Fellowship Director as our team in Israel scaled its program and operations and expands each summer in new ways. Responsibilities included strategic planning, education curriculum development, and logistics and implementation of new cohort and city expansion.

• As Internship Manager of TAMID's summer Fellowship, I met with the 90 companies and startups TAMID sent its 120 interns to, served as the go to between the interns and said companies, and troubleshooted any issues that arose throughout the summer. (Promoted within 3 months.)

• Garin Tzabar is a program for young Diaspora Jews who choose to immigrate to Israel and serve in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). The program provides each immigrant with in depth preparation, a cohort of like minded individuals to come home to and rely on, and mentoring throughout their service. I was the head coordinator of two such cohorts, or garinim, who officially immigrated in August, 2014 and enlisted throughout the Fall 2014 season.
• The role was operational in that we opened a completely new site for the program two weeks before the immigrants' arrival, and service oriented in that I was responsible for the well being of 40 young adults through their immigration and lone soldier experiences.
