Zoë Hall — Product Manager
I build frontend products that serve millions of users, and use AI to do it faster than most teams think is possible. 9+ years engineering React, Next.js, and TypeScript systems for high-traffic platforms. Built on fundamentals, multiplied by AI. The difference: Most engineers are still arguing about whether AI will replace them. I'm using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to ship 60% faster while holding production quality at scale. AI-assisted workflows generate WCAG-compliant components, automated tests, and documentation, so accessibility becomes a default output instead of post-launch debt. (Accessibility scores 64 to 98 in one quarter. They never dropped, because the systems I built make regression hard.) A few things I've built this way: → The frontend behind a startup's growth from Series B to a $6B valuation, with zero production UI defects across three years and millions of monthly users → A full platform migration from Ruby on Rails to React, then the architecture that scaled it → A design-to-production pipeline (Figma to CI/CD to live) anchored by an atomic design system that designers and engineers treat as a single source of truth → A regression-resistant pipeline across three layers: visual regression on design, automated tests on engineering, validation gates on content. Nothing ships broken regardless of who touches it. → Internal sales enablement tools that moved revenue attainment from 67% to 134% in two quarters → The Keystone Design System at Tyler Technologies, serving 40+ state governments and 13 million Pennsylvania residents → SEO health from 68% to 92%, locked in by a normalization layer and an AI-assisted CI validation pipeline that blocks regressions before production The engineers who build user-facing products rarely get credit for the revenue story. I want to change that. Stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, GraphQL, Tailwind, Storybook, Chromatic. Design systems are a first-class concern. AI tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot. What I care about: frontend systems that scale without firefighting, AI velocity without quality tradeoffs, and architecture that makes the right thing the easy thing. What I skip: "AI is coming for us" panic, "move fast and break things" with no preventive tooling, and accessibility treated as post-MVP debt. Open to senior, staff, and leadership roles in frontend engineering, AI, and UX at startups (Seed through Series D) building products that serve millions.
