• Time to Raise is a cohort-based accelerator program for female founders and mixed teams. We broaden the investor network of the entrepreneurs and support them in their fundraising journey by doing warm introductions. The purpose of the program is to increase the share of capital going to female-founded startups.
• I'm responsible for everything regarding the program, from finding financial partners, workshop leaders, and mentors, to selecting the startups, coordinating the program, and supporting them all the way.
• I took over the program after cohort 3 and ran cohorts 4, 5, 6, 7.
• Engaged 34 leading VC funds such NEA, Sequoia scout fund, Cherry, Creandum, Northzone, Atomico, Felix Capital, Ventech and more.
• Engaged 101 mentors aka Partners at VC firms, having 335 mentorship meetings and supporting 66 startups in their fundraising journeys.

• Herbox provides menstrual care products on subscription to companies, sports clubs, municipalities, and schools. Menstrual care products in your workspace should be for free, just like toilet paper.
• The company started in 2021 and I became the Chairwoman of the board in 2023 when the revenue went from SEK 1.7m - 11.7m in one year. In 2024, we hit a revenue of SEK 20.3m and have dispensers in more than 9000 toilets in 15 countries.

• uBIT builds tech startup MVPs by investing in the companies with software development hours through an equity fund. Venture Studio model supporting tech startups from MVP stage up until first or second funding rounds.
• As COO, I was making sure that we had clear processes and structure in place between our customers (startups) and our developers, and that we produced, packaged, and delivered quality on time. I was responsible for the full budget of our e-commerce branch and equity projects, as well as being the primary contact for all clients, entrepreneurs and our 11 in-house developers.
• As part of the investment committee, I was selecting deals, building and developing our deal flow and investment process as well as our reporting structure and metrics.
• Supported 7 e-com brands and 10 startups during my time, and led the team of 11 software developers.

• Hack Your Closet challenged the ownership of clothes and the consumption behavior of fast fashion. We prolonged the life of clothes that would have otherwise gone to waste such as second-hand, overstock, samples, etc, helping brands activate their overstock/unsold goods to neutralize the environmental impact of those clothing items.
