• Created Central Verification from scratch which enabled the automation of multiple manual verifications. 5X reduction in the verification cost and increased accuracy from 97 to 99.8%.
• Created the International Self Onboarding Service from scratch which enabled partner to get attached to ola without any offline visit. Reduced the offline onboarding operation team cost to almost zero in the international market.
