Reported directly to the organization's founder, Dr. Madhav Chavan, and played a pivotal role in the development and execution of Pratham Digital, a first-of-its-kind EdTech initiative recognized by the World Economic Forum and UNESCO. Under my leadership, a 20-member team focused on high-priority strategic projects, scaling the program across 20,000 rural villages in India. I spearheaded the conception, development, and deployment of digital products like Pradigi, a language-learning app designed to support K-12 learners in rural areas. In addition to these accomplishments, I had the privilege of collaborating with Nobel Laureates Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo, founders of J-PAL (Poverty Action Lab). Together, we designed and implemented a Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) to measure and monitor the learning outcomes of our innovative educational model.
