Core Leadership Milestones: Scaling at Speed: As Co-Founder & COO of Paytail, I built an embedded finance engine from scratch, scaling it to 65,000+ merchants and 250,000 loans, managing a peak AUM of INR 300 Cr. Institutional Depth: A decade at Axis Bank, where I was a founding member of the TReDS platform, gave me a deep understanding of how to structure credit products that satisfy both merchant needs and institutional risk appetites. Full-Stack Execution: I have personally led the integration of complex lending stacks, managed large-scale NBFC co-lending partnerships, and directed cross-functional teams across Sales, Credit Underwriting, and Collections. My Strategic Focus: I specialize in the architecture of Interoperable Credit—building systems that leverage existing payment rails to deliver seamless, real-time credit solutions.
