Today, I serve as the Global Lead for Cybersecurity as a Service, shaping go-to-market strategy and innovation, while also managing a portfolio of U.S. healthcare clients with full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and delivery success. Throughout my career, I have led digital core transformations that included large-scale cloud migrations and data security programs, helping clients modernize operations while reducing risk. I managed a large financial services portfolio in North America, turned around major client engagements across industries, and built trusted relationships with C-Suite leaders that resulted in long-term growth. Earlier in my journey, I scaled a delivery center in northern India from low double digits to more than 2,500 people, introduced automation and innovation programs that optimized work for over 1,000 professionals worldwide, and built the capability for managed services in infrastructure domains from the ground up. In addition to delivery leadership, I am an active thought leader. I regularly participate in webinars and panel discussions on healthcare and cybersecurity, sharing insights on how organizations can build resilience, protect sensitive data, and adapt to evolving digital threats. Beyond my corporate role, I am the co-founder and board member of Speak2Mentor, a nonprofit dedicated to providing mentorship and scholarships to high school students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
