Our platform allows app developers and marketers to track uninstalled users and understand their behaviour. We allow marketers measure each acquisition channel/source for uninstalls and decrease customer acquisition cost. Marketers can segment the users who have uninstalled the app with our powerful segmentation engine.
Not only tracking uninstalls, but Retention.ai also enables marketers to re-target the users who have uninstalled the app and help in bringing those users back.
Responsible for creating and implementing the product pipeline based on customer data, business objective and turn-around time.
Talking to customers about how they are using the product and using the same work on future roadmap.
Also a few other things which involve running a company like hiring, growth, funding, beer and internet :)
