I’ve spent 11+ years at the intersection of SaaS, startups, and growth leadership. After co-founding two ventures, raising capital, and learning first-hand what it takes to scale from zero to one, I know do this for one of the most dynamic leader in marketing and agency ecosystem. Today, I serve as Chief of Staff and Head of Growth at one of India’s leading agency, working directly with the CEO to launch new initiatives, expand into high-value markets, and forge CXO-level partnerships. This agency experience has been invaluable - giving me cross-industry exposure to how global enterprises think about digital transformation, customer experience, importance of consumer communication and scale. What ties it all together is a founder’s mindset: structured problem solving, calm leadership, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity. I lead as a coach and fixer, and I’m driven by growth, guts, and resilience.
