With over 27 years of professional services experience, today I head GT dGTL a venture of Grant Thornton that focuses on New Tech including AI strategy advice. I have a unique experience of constantly reinventing and discovering myself across KPMG and my own start up and now at GT digital. I have deep interest in Artificial Intelligence and the impact of that on our planet , organisations and humans. I have expertise in consumer facing industries and GCCs and I am happy to contribute and learn from the Bangalore start up eco system. I am learning and unlearning and relearning every day from my two children and every person /professional I interact with. For me there is a story behind every person, and that a diverse group of skills stand a better chance at arriving at the solution rather than a single team. Each individual has a unique essence and a strength - the fun for me is identifying these and mixing them in a new or right proportion to deliver value to clients . We are but a small part in a larger ecosystem and I have valuable relationships across tech start ups, entrepreneurs and tech service partners and enjoy working with them across different client groups. I am passionate about being relevant to the clients I serve on Finance and New Tech including Ai and an active proponent of agile ways of working.
