Capgemini Group Lead for the Customer Experience Offer. Customer Experience covers all the support and help our clients need between them and their customers. This will range from changing their purpose, their propositions, new capabilities in sales/service/marketing and commerce, new operating models and new ways of working and ecosystems. We harness our global capability in strategic innovation (F212/Idean/Frog), business consulting, DCX solutions, Insight and Data and run operations in technology and business services. We help our clients respond to significant changes whether they are driven by health, politics, economics and the environment or everyday challenges whether that's achieving customer satisfaction, deadlines, profits or savings. I am also the Digital UK lead responsible for Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Practice. The DCX practice specialises in User Experience and Front End development; Commerce and Trading; Sales, Service and Marketing; Content management; Customer Experience Platforms. The practice draws on a large team in the UK and India and works with similar practices in Capgemini across the globe. The Industry teams focuses on Retail, Consumer Products, Utilities, Travel, Services, Banking, Automotive/manufacturing and Government. My personal client experience has been on major digital programmes with Burberry, Co-op, McArthurGlen, International SOS, Johnson and Johnson, GSK, Wrigley, Unilever, Diageo, PMI, Reckitt Benckiser and L'Oreal.
