I have: - Master Practitioner Certification in NLP - Counselling Diploma in Brief Intervention - Coaching Certification from ICF-ACC - 20+ Years of Corporate Experience - Co-founded Culturro.com - Impacted 7+ NGOs I work only with startup founders. In the last 4 years, I have coached 100+ leaders for 500+ hours. I have seen companies fall and rise more due to relationships than products and services, I endeavour to reduce this. My venture, Founder's Nest, is an initiative to improve companies' chances of success by giving work relationships the same priority as products, services, and customers. I have been associated with 100+ startups for 10+ years, including my startup which enhanced employee experience and company culture. My patience in genuinely listening to the founder's problems and helping them find the solutions by being objectively honest with them is handy as a coach. I cannot fake to please others, which compels me to be honest and courageous when required. I strongly believe in a world where earning from and giving back to society, should co-exist.
