• Managed Personnel, Budget and Service Quality with team of 15+ engineers, technical specialists, and supervisors. Deployed full new technology portfolio before project P50 timeline and 100% engineering system integration tests on location, exceeding client expectations.
• Led Contract Manufacturing with vendor partners in 4 countries. Led the team to Design, Manufacture, Test and Install industry leading high specification crude oil separation, processing, measuring unit for BP in Angola's challenging work environment.

• Brought the top line to M$2.1/month from M$1.2/month, highest for the service group in Angola for financial year 2013. Did Personnel, Sales, Contract, Operations, and Service quality management for flawless project delivery with team of 12+ engineers, technical specialists, and supervisors.

• • Chosen for assignment as business analyst in service group’s Headquarter to work on group’s 5-year strategy project. Led competitions’ SWOT analysis, global resource mapping, oil and gas market macro analysis, and detailed out B$1.2 to B$2 new business opportunity for group president.
