Sarah Jefferson โ CEO
I ensure organizational change cares for people and the planet. For 15 years, I've designed, led, and advised global impact programs and internal transformation projects, working with C-suite, senior leadership, and middle management. From supporting a global company's market entry into Africa to designing talent initiatives that upskilled employees in sustainability, my work has resulted in new business practices and investment decisions for employees and communities. I have experience with different types of leaders, management styles, and organizations (for-profit, non-profit, hybrid), from 300 to 45,000 employees. ๐ I'm a founding member of Ashoka's corporate engagement unit, where I advised and delivered CSR and social innovation programs to large and medium-sized businesses, including Fortune 500 companies. ๐ I supported the unit's growth from 5 to 15 team members and to 12 corporate clients, strengthening our people systems and building out a portfolio of impact services for CSR, sustainability, and HR departments. ๐ I led Ashoka's largest partner relationship with a leading private pharma company and developed it into a $36M+ multi-year, global impact initiative across 12 markets (still ongoing.) ๐ Working alongside the managing director, I designed operating systems for Ashoka's commercial LLC entity and designed and led a $7M multi-year social business accelerator and venture initiative. ๐ I'm now bringing my transformation experience home to Ashoka, where I partner with our CFO and global leadership team on organizational change initiatives. Expertise spans healthcare, technology, consumer goods, food safety, insurance and non-profit sectors - always with a focus on social innovation!
