• I was responsible for setting up and operationalizing development centre for technology and elearning in Delhi as President. I played a key role in defining, managing, optimizing and supporting the eLearning initiatives – both pre-sales and operations - of the company in the Indian and US markets as well as spearheaded innovative solutions and Servitium’s strategic foray into the Higher Education space in India. I led innovation as a functional expert in the eLearning domain particularly in simulations, virtual worlds and network based training.
• I managed key accounts with F50 companies at an executive level, led Product Design and Development and ran research projects in web 2.0, elearning 2.0, rich internet applications, workflow learning, virtual worlds, learning design, simulations, 3D and mobile computing.

• I created the learning content management and delivery infrastructure for nearly 12,000 hours of learning content and over 0.5 mn content elements. Initiatives I led improved productivity by nearly 30% by developing and implementing authoring and data management tools for internal team and external vendors.
• Other key initiatives included reducing the turnaround time for achieving new and hybrid product mixes by nearly 60%, analytics and customer relationship management systems and roll-out of learning content and supporting tools to egurucool’s web, franchisees and schools.
