Hi, I'm Ranaq…a guy who took a sharp left from spreadsheets to podcasts. I grew up in a family of Chartered Accountants, and yes, that did mean more conversations about balance sheets than bedtime stories. But fast forward to today, and you'll find me geeking out over people, tech, and occasionally a spicy podcast episode. I run a blog where I share my musings on the future of HR, people analytics, and sometimes, things I just find plain interesting. I also host The CuHRious Show, a podcast where we talk about everything from managing talent to... why HR will never be replaced by robots (yet). Think of it as a place where curiosity meets a mic, and you're invited to join the convo.
