As a Human Factors Engineer and UX Researcher, my goal is to bridge the gap between people and technology. I believe the best products are born from a deep understanding of human behavior, and I use a blend of data, empathy, and design to uncover the insights that lead to intuitive, safe, and engaging experiences. With over 2 years of experience, my work spans both the physical and digital worlds. In the lab at Virginia Tech, I conduct hands-on usability and ergonomic studies for hardware and wearable systems using physiological sensors (IMU, EMG). This is complemented by my industry experience leading UX research for large-scale software, like India's national e-governance platform (UMANG), where I helped shape an accessible experience for over 100 million users. This dual focus on hardware ergonomics and complex software systems allows me to tackle unique interaction design challenges. I'm particularly passionate about applying my skills to improve user safety and performance in domains like health tech, automotive HMI, and gaming—an area I'm deeply connected to as a lifelong PC and console gamer.
