I work on Build, Maintenance, and Support for the E-learning Content. E- Learning content having the Learning Paths , Course, Assessments, Pre & Post Survey's, ILT Session Creation.
Once created the learning paths or the courses creation will do the process checks before it is published.If all is good at the quality checks the. will publish the LP's.
This all will be done using the Docebo & Intellum LMS. Once it is published will receive the support tickets to work on the priority level. PO are the first priority to work on and to be closed within 24hrs.
Once the course or LP's are created in English if it is external will create the same course in other 21 locales using the Localization tools like Raichu & Pikachu.
