• 1. Performed deep dive to identify problem areas and suggested solutions and presented the same to Managing Director, Executive Director and Chief Finance Officer
• 2. Designed and executed Retail Term Deposit financial planning for portfolio and fresh inflows at the channel, circle, branches, and segment level taking into account senior management aspirations
• 3. Created a robust valuation model for calculation on TD NPV basis various tenure, ticket size, product, segment, etc. Resources KRA and OCS point structure is based on the valuation model
• 4. Analysed and implemented product feature on waiver of the penalty for first partial withdrawal with a value less than or equal to 25% of Term Deposit original principal amount to attract new inflows and arrest complete closure. First to implement in the market.
• 5. Created one-stop Term Deposit data-mart at segment/product level for day to day product portfolio, Circle, Channel, Dashboard, etc analysis. Onboarded different verticals to use a single source for all analytical and reporting purposes.
• 6. Took end to end ownership in analysing customer behaviour, recommending product features, calculating P&L for the digitally active customers and govt./PSU customers launched as Axis ASAP and Axis Republic respectively

• 8. Developed locker inventory framework catering optimum occupancy for all branches, which included the increase in inventory for high occupancy branches and the decrease in inventory for low occupancy branches
