• Title:Mechanical Properties testing of glass epoxy composite
• Objective:The main objective is to fabricate the glass epoxy composite with proper method to reduce weight loss or cost efficiency and test its mechanical properties like hardness and strength for that several experiment has been done like for hardness is determined by measuring the depth of indenter penetration or by measuring the size of the impression left by an indenter by doing the Brinell hardness test and Izod impact strength test is done for determining the impact resistance of materials.A pivoting arm is raised to a specific height (constant potential energy) and then released.The arm swings down hitting a notched sample in this way test has been done for checking the strength.

• Objective:To increase the hardness and strength of the material for that we have done cladding by using Tungstan inert gas in presence of Argon gas .COmmon reason for using a TIG welding is that .this type of welding are mostly used to weld the metal like stainless steel or nonferrous metal.We uses the software for stimulation i.e..CAD,Ansys.We basically do Thermal Analysis,Stress Analysis and observed a theoretical observation they shows the linear curve which shows that the stress vary linearly at same time.The observed observation is taken place by excluding all the error.

• Details: Boilers burning pulverized coal have bottom furnaces .The large ash particle are collected under the furnance in a Water filled ash hopper,fly ash is collected in dust collectors with either an electrostatic precipitator or a baghouse.
• Coal Handling Plant:It washes coal of soil and rock.Preparing it for transporting to market.
• Working: The coal being filled in the wagons of the rail reaches plant.The purpose of this plant is to convey the coal to the bunker in size not larger than 20mm.It handles and transport the coal to the bunker from the wagons by passing through various Conveyors,transfer points,Crusher houses,Cross belt magnetic separator,Secondary Crusher(Ring granulator),Metal detector,Stacker/Reclaimer,Transfer tower,Wagon Tippler,Bottom open bottom release.
• Ash handling plant :% of coal varies from 5% to 40%.In this ash 25% is furnance bottom & 75% is pulverised ash.
