About

I am a Business Analyst with experience across ICT, systems, and data platform initiatives, working in government and consulting environments. I focus on translating complex business and system problems into practical solutions, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and stakeholder alignment through digital implementations. I have completed a Master of Business (Information Systems) at the University of Queensland and was honoured to be conferred as Valedictorian, along with receiving the IAS Scholarship and Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence. Alongside my studies, I am supporting Queensland Health on a cloud-based data platform migration, helping transition legacy SQL reporting assets to Databricks. In my current work, I support data mapping, process improvement, and validation of critical dashboards, ensuring consistency between legacy and cloud environments. My role also involves contributing to dbt models, and building semi-automated solutions using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to improve visibility and reduce manual effort in tracking data objects and report dependencies. Previously, I spent over three years at Deloitte USI as a Business Technology Analyst and Consultant, contributing to large-scale enterprise implementations, data transformations and application management programs for global clients. This experience strengthened my capabilities across requirements gathering, systems analysis, data transformations, UAT, hyper-care, and cross-functional delivery. I enjoy working at the intersection of business, systems, and data, particularly in roles that involve ICT business analysis, systems analysis, and data-enabled transformation. Outside of work, I enjoy reading fiction and non-fiction that explores human behaviour, decision-making, and technology’s impact on society, along with films, cricket, and keeping up with emerging tech. I enjoy connecting with professionals across industries to share perspectives and learn from different experiences.
