Hey there! I am deeply passionate about people and Change Management especially when it comes to mindset shifts, biases, challenging the status quo and working in chaos. Happy to share that I be the one to walk in the path of creating history of Tata Motors by being the first dedicated person to lead DEI across the entire organisation straight from the office of Chief Diversity Officer. Earlier have had a short stint with ABG in their Cement Business (UltraTech) working in Organisational Effectiveness BCOE team. Prior to that about 6 years working with my first organisation where I joined from campus - Mahindra Finance where I have worked across roles . I started as a MT- Regional HR to Corporate Business HR to COE- Employee Engagement. During Covid, have singlehandedly revamped the Employee Engagement piece to make it relevant to present times. Personally I love music and travelling. Always look forward to have a conversation that triggers a spark within!
