My first job was at 13 as a librarian at a local library. This was just the start of my life's journey. I left home to find better opportunities, driven by a thirst for knowledge and growth. Despite many challenges, I completed two postgraduate degrees: a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (on a scholarship at Manchester Met University, UK) and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing. I was honored with the Management Mentor Award by the Chartered Management Institute, London. I always wanted to create opportunities for others. I tried entrepreneurship but initially failed. I then gained experience in recruitment, training, and sales, helping various organizations by building strong strategies, high-performing teams, and generating revenue. During this time, I helped over 5000 young people get employed. The idea of building something of my own kept me restless. Eventually, I left a well-paying job and founded AideWiser SolTek, a recruitment tech startup. We focus on IT and non-IT hiring, headhunting, placements, and talent management.
