For the last five years, 2016 onwards, I am actively working in the area of design, development, and delivery of security capabilities in product and services for telecom domains in Ericsson. I joined Ericsson in Sep, 2010 as Delivery Manager for Bharti Managed Services for IN Domain for PAN India. After working close to 3 years as Managed Services Delivery Manger for Bharti, India, I worked as Head-Agreement Management (pre-sales) in Operations. After a year my role get extended for additional responsibility of Head-Process and Tools in Operations. Further, I took the role of Line Manager (Head – Automation & Tools in Operations).   •  N+1 Fault Tolerance in NSP for Pre-Paid Service: The task was to provide the fault tolerance in NSP (Network Services Platform - next-gen SCP) for SIP Interface in N+1 model, where N is the number of active nodes and 1 is the standby node.
  •  CAMEL and INAP Provider in NSP: The goal of the project was to provide the CAMEL and INAP Provider in NSP over the Telesys SS7 Stack.
  •  VoiceXML Feature in NSP: The goal of the project was to provide Voice XML features in NSP to interact with the IVR for processing the Calls.
