About

I build products that handle complexity at scale — and in travel, complexity is everywhere. Over 12 years, I've worked at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and increasingly, AI — across some of India's most used consumer platforms. My deepest roots are in travel: flights, post-sales, performance marketing, and the messy, high-stakes moments that happen between booking a flight and landing at destination. What I find most interesting right now is where AI is genuinely changing what's possible in travel — not as a feature, but as infrastructure. I've had the opportunity to build some of that from the ground up: intelligent voice systems, emotion-aware routing, automated disruption resolution, and ML-driven ranking — and seen the impact when it works at scale. Outside of travel, time at Paytm sharpened my thinking on ad tech — building platforms that serve ads intelligently at scale. At PharmEasy, I worked on the healthtech side — managing the product backbone of lab test operations and building OMR-based tools used by doctors in clinical workflows. The product community in India (and the world) is small and sharp — some of the best thinking I've encountered has come from informal conversations across travel, fintech, healthcare and beyond.
