• Basis 5 month community learnings; ideated and launched Writing Premium Product to create a one stop solution for writers in India & abroad; subscribed by 2k+ members; generating revenue over INR 1.2 Crores
• Led a team of 3 associates and 7 interns to ensure smooth execution and test out fresh ideas for better user experience (live class curricula, mentorship journey, projects, etc)

• Revamped App UI to increase engagement time from 500 hours in Sep’21 to 1500 hours in Jan’21 by leveraging data using CleverTap & Mixpanel to identify short/long term hooks
