  • My job role at Accenture was, the marketing of American Express Credit Cards. I was in the Direct Mail Team.So my responsibility was to handle the back end processing of the pamplets/brochures bearing offers of American Express Credit Cards. Since mine was the postal channel I had to creat cells for the Marketing Manager targeting certain areas where the offers were to be circulated. I also would create PIB's (Product Information Bulletins) for the customer care professionals and proof check the mail plan bearing offer details, codes as well as offer documents were done by us.We had to communicate with the marketing manager via mails to inform them about certain errors found during our internal audit.We would also make calls overseas at times, to get our queries resolved. I once, happened to get an opportunity to conduct training for delegates from Delhi. It was an englightening and empowering experience that enkindled in me the spark to pursue a career in HR.
